noel’le’s books are open exclusively for the pre-designed work available on our “flash” page with sessions available both during her visit to brooklyn, ny as well as out of her private studio in providence, ri. Noel’le’s books for custom work is currently closed, however they re-open every three months or so. make sure to subscribe to our newsletter for updates on when custom-work books open, close and any future travel plans. all information to submit a proposal is available on the flash page.
